About Patty Lindgren
A real estate professional for over 15 years, Patty is well known for her integrity, patience, and sincerity when working with clients. Every transaction, she believes, is always about her customer! The key to Patty’s success has been the result of her patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. Patty’s main intention is to understand her client and build a relationship that will last a lifetime. While Patty is an assertive and aggressive negotiator when orchestrating deals for her clients she is just as much a compassionate, friendly and humorous partner who eases a process that can often time be stressful.
Patty is a native and lifelong Minnesotan and has a seasoned knowledge of the 11 county area of Minnesota and specializes in the northern and western counties.
She is married with two children and her typical American Cat and Dog! She enjoys running, hot yoga and riding on the motorcycle with her husband Scott. She also enjoys traveling and hanging out and doing just about anything with friends, family and her 5 grandchildren.
Prior to Patty’s real estate career and currently, she has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a closer, processor and originator. Her experience working with lenders, title companies, underwriters and all other aspects of the mortgage industry gives her the ability to bring future expertise during the process for both her by action formation. “We take pride in providing our clients with wow service.”
