Truth In Housing in some of the communities in the Twin Cities metro area require homes to be inspected by a licensed evaluator before the home can be offered for sale, whether the sale is public or private.  The evaluations range from $350- $400 and can take up to an hour.

Below is a complete list of cities in Minnesota requiring a Truth-in-Housing/Time-of-Sale Evaluation. If a city is not listed here, there is no requirement for a Truth-in-Housing Evaluation.

Give us a call today to obtain our list of preferred evaluators.
